This position requires the ability to complete any remodeling task, from sheet rock to tile to plumbing. We do everything from Maintenance on Vacation rentals to complete home restorations and remodels. This is not a helper position, you have to be able to follow direction and complete tasks on your own. Most of the work is on Panama City Beach and some requires on call and emergency service calls.
