All name brand cleaning supplies are provided at no additional charge. Vacuum, mop, broom, dustpan, dusting spray and duster are all provided as well at no additional charge.
We mean clean provides at each unit 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
1 brand new in wrapper bar of soap per bathroom.
1 brand new shampoo/conditioner trial size per bathroom.
1 brand new dish soap trial size for kitchen.
1 trash bag placed on or near kitchen trash can.

We will spend anywhere from 2.5 - 4 hours cleaning your property to ensure an extreme clean. Your unit will be inspection ready by the end of our Extreme Clean!

The Mean Clean
We will spend anywhere from 4 - 6 hours giving your property a Mean Clean! This covers a very detailed scrub down throughout your property. This is not your basic "deep clean". This is The Mean Clean!

3 bedroom $180.00
4 bedroom $210.00
5 bedroom $240.00

I advise all customers new to our services start with The Mean Clean. This ensures your property a new beginning. With The Extreme Clean to follow. We can and will get your unit back in excellent shape!

Discounted rates are available. All discounts will be applied to your next service order.
Referrals $10 discount per 1 referral with completed job order. 1 discount per referral.
Washed AND dried linen per unit/clean $10 off package rate. 1 discount per unit per day.
Working Vacuum in unit (not necessary, we will provide if not in unit) $5.00 off package rate. 1 discount per unit per day.
Multiple units (3 or more each with job orders) $10 off each unit. 1 discount per unit per day.
Example:
You have 3 separate 1 bedroom units that you need cleaned now. $90.00 X 3 = $270.00 - $30.00 discount = $240.00 for The Extreme Clean on 3 units.

All orders are invoiced on Monday of each week. Invoices are available by mail, fax, or email.
