Tornado's story:
Tornado is a twisty bundle of kitten antics that loves to play.  He is sweet, friendly and affectionate. Tornado had never met a stranger and wants to greet everyone that come to the shelter.
He is up to date on his vaccinations and is FIV and FeLV negative. He is too young to be neutered so his new family will have to take care of that later.  
Tornado is pretty much a cat lover's dream.  He just needs to find his lucky family.

Notes: Tornado is not yetneutered because he is still too young. If he is adopted prior to the alteration, the adopter will be responsible for the surgery, in accordance with VA state law.
ALL animals adopted from the Stafford SPCA must be spayed or neutered when age appropriate; adopters will sign a contract agreeing to do so when age appropriate; and the Stafford SPCA will follow up with adopters to ensure the alteration is completed in accordance with state regulations.

Home visits required and dog adoptions often do require structural fencing. (We make decisions regarding the fencing requirement on a dog-by-dog basis, according to the dog's exercise needs and energy level.) 
Stafford SPCA does not condone the exclusive use of invisible fencing.  
We reserve the right to deny placement of puppies and kittens into homes with children under 5 years old.
