1982 Princeton Reverb II, all hand wired, all Tube (2x 6V6 Groove Tubes & 4x 12AX7 Sovteks), designed by Paul Rivera when he was with Fender. Unlike the original Princetons this one is rated at 20 watts instead of 15, uses a 12" speaker rather than a 10", has Clean and Lead channels, a larger cabinet, and push-pull knobs for Lead, Mid-boost, and Bright. The Lead channel and reverb are foot-switchable. I have replaced the original speaker with a Eminence Legend 60 watt but will include the original speaker as well. The amp is in nearly perfect condition, including original 2-button footswitch and I seriously doubt you will ever see a cleaner 25 year old amp than this one. I had the amp gone through and Biased by a certified Fender technician in 2008 (have receipt) and it is in perfect working order.
New hand-wired amps of this caliber will run you 2 to 3 grand, so consider this classic a bargain!
