Job Title: Segmentation Cluster General Manager - HispanicDepartment: MarketingJob Duties:Lead the development of cluster deep dive strategies and execution and ensure they are aligned with company goals. Lead conversations at all levels of the organization to ensure segmentation related initiatives and future direction are clearly outlined and agreed upon. Define team structure to meet objectives which are cluster specific and continue to evolve. Lead the instillation of cluster elements at retail through the development of appropriate training sessions and materials. Lead a cross-functional team in the practical application of the segmentation data to drive profitable sales. Engineer a P & L which leads to profitable sales growth. Coordinate activities within the Marketing department to communicate specific cluster messaging both internally and externally. Leverage relationships with select vendors to share ideas and concepts aimed at creating cluster specific programs. Experience Required:Functional Expertise: Understanding of consumer behavior and attitudinal information. Ability to interpret, explain and apply this information in an understandable and useful way. Solid understanding of segmentation and demographic data, with proven track record of strategic planning. Strong strategic, analytic and critical thinking abilities. Proven Track Record: Ability to build and lead teams though the development of strong working relationships and alliances within the company. Specifically lead cross-functional team involved with Customer Segmentation activation. Outstanding Leadership Skills: Ability to influence, negotiate and resolve business issues that are in alignment with overall company direction. High degree of motivation and self-initiative. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good problem-solving skills. Sense of urgency without sacrificing excellence. Willing to take measured risks. Willingness to travel (15% - 20%). Leadership Experience: Minimum of 8 ? 12 years leadership experience in retail and/or consumer products required. Experience in retail operations, category and project management preferred. Bachelors degree. BILINGUAL - SPANISH AND ENGLISH.Experience Preferred:MBA
