Clean (sealed lid) 55 gallon plastic barrels / drums for holding liquids like rain water. They can also useful be used to make Waste Vegetable Oil (WVO) container, floating dock, pontoon, dog house, compost bin or a trash drum.
- DIMENSIONS: 34 inches tall and 24 inches across (diameter) so one should fit quite nicely in the back seat of a car and they are clean so they won't stain your upholstery.
- These barrels are light weight but strong enough to support my weight if I stand on one.
- The barrels have 5 gallon graduation markings on the side.
- each barrel has 2 standard bungs (screw in plugs) in the top (approx size is 2-1/2 inches inside diameter). One plug has coarse threads and the other has fine threads.
- one bung has a knock out that will accept a 3/4 inch threaded galvanised or black pipe.
Excellent for collecting rain water, for watering flowers.
