$100k ++ 1st Year - Roofing Sales (Houston Tx) in Vermont For Sale

Fast growing Residential & Commercial Roofing company specializing in roof repair and replacments. We are looking for someone that has experience, that can come in and hit the floor running. We pay the highest commissions in the industry...However, we do not want someone that has no experience. We are not looking for people to babysit, but if you are $$ motivated and know this industry, please apply.
This is a straight commission job, no draw, no car allowance, nothing. If you do not perform, you dont make $..If you do perform and know the business, then you qualify. We have sales reps who made $150k last year, and a couple who broke $250k. The skies the limit with our company, so only apply if you are serious and know the business.
Job Description
At least 1+ yr experience
At least 1+ yr esitmating
Insurance adjuster experience a plus
Must be able to identify wind and hail damage.
Must have your own transportation & ladder
Must generate your own leads
We will show you the areas that were affected and have damage, you just need to have the motivation to go out and pick up the $$$$
-Proactively Prospect and close new business
-Assists with and performs job estimations.
-Communicates with company representatives in support of job needs and specifications.
-Periodically visits job-site and acts as liaison between job superintendent and customer.
-Experience with a wide range of roofing systems and roofing manufacturers.
-Reports to Sales Management on sales calls and next action items through weekly recaps.
-Ability to prepare quality take-offs and take accurate measurements
Job Requirements
-1+ Years of experience in selling within the Roofing Industry or insurance adjusting.
-Physical ability to access rooftops and construction sites with proper attention to safety issues and equipment usage.
-Valid state driver's license.
-This position is a position with an On Target Earnings of $6-15+K monthly.
-HIGH commision split PLUS bonuses
-Commissions and Bonuses are uncapped.
