1951 Chevrolet 3100 Pickup. Recent frame-off restoration on this antique truck. From front to back almost everything has been replaced or restored on this truck. Rebuilt 216 six cylinder motor and three speed manual transmission. All new 6 volt system complete with wiring and rebuilt generator. Steering box was rebuilt. All new exhaust. All brakes and hoses have been replaced. New gas tank and radiator. Interior has new door panels, headliner, and the seat has been reupholstered. The body was stripped to the bare metal before painting. The body is a deep forest green and the fenders and running boards are an ivory / cream color. Colors may not be original to this truck but they are original 1951 colors that chevy offered for this model. The doors are from a 52 model. All trim pieces and all chrome including both bumpers are new. Every light and lens has been replaced. Front windshield and rear window was replaced. New Coker whitewall tires. Wheels are 16 inch and have been painted to match the body and have new hub caps. The oak bed is all new as well as all the mounting hardware. The truck runs and drives great and has not seen many miles since restoration was completed in 2008. I don't think you could restore a truck like this for the $16,500 that I'm asking. Please call . The truck is located in Roanoke Virginia.
