Korina Store 1955 Packard 400 This Packard has always been in Oregon. No accidents or damage. It has never been repainted or reupholstered. Door panels and headliner are original and excellent today.We have records of most services and maintenance made on this car. I am the third owner.The previous owner inherited it from one of his family member. New battery.The original licence plate.The lights, heater, power windows and 4-way power seat all work.Chrome is original and very good. Stainless trim in excellent condition. (Even the stainless eyebrow trim over the doors flip up and down properly, working as they should.) Perfect interior roof.This is a great looking car. It also comes with a picture of it taken in Corvallis Oregon dated June 1976 with the name of the second Owner. This car has 2 small minors dents:One on the left head light and another under the back side window on the right side(Check at the last 2 pictures).The drivers part of the chair is slightly damaged but the rest of the chairs are in great condition. It has little slight rust on the bottom and under the hood.The radio doesnt work.The paint has some imperfection(some lighter spots on the white part and Dark spots on the outside part of the roof.). Last time i drove it was 5 years ago to get it inside the garage.Since then,Its been garage kept. It actually turns fine but doesnt start. If you are looking for a car to personalize at a low cost, this is the one. Even without restoration, you are assured of admiring looks wherever you go. Less obvious but equally important was a new torsion bar independent front suspension that greatly improved ride and ride height control and a new Twin Ultramatic automatic transmission felt by many to be the best automatic built in Detroit in the Fifties. The 127 inch wheelbase Packards were offered in three body styles, Caribbean convertible, Patrician sedan and 400 two-door hardtop. This 400 is handsomely presented in a two tone color scheme that was emblematic of Packards 1955 line, in this case Moonstone white with a Red roof. The interior upholstery is the original white leather and Black cloth. only a little wear on the drivers side. Interior trim matches the distinctive Red /White exterior color scheme. Equipment includes the Twin Ultramatic automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, heater and its original steel wheels and Packard full hubcap. It has working electric leveling features.
